Brandi Allee’s approach is present-focused and future-oriented. She enjoys assisting individuals, couples, and families in identifying and removing barriers to desired change. Ms. Allee has experience working in multiple settings, and she enjoys working with individuals from all cultural and spiritual backgrounds.

Her specialties include addictive behaviors, anxiety reduction, and relational issues. In working with couples, Ms. Allee utilizes John Gottman’s principles for making a marriage work, and she uses Motivational Interviewing to support individuals in moving past ambivalence about a specific change.

Ms. Allee is registered with the Board of Behavioral Services as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT87040), as well as with The Addiction Counselor Certification Board of California as a Certified Addictions Treatment Counselor (CATC 144421 IV). She currently accepts Medi-Cal, Victims of Crime Compensation, and self-pay clients.
